CAPS is managed entirely by volunteers and we also constantly welcome brand-new users!!! We desperately require foster houses. If you'd like to be a foster parent, please phone our main range at 910-455-9682 and then leave a note in the mailbox for cats or dogs. • Donations of animal products (leashes, collars, crates, companies, flea avoidance, toys and snacks) are dropped of at Animal House Pet Boarding on Bell Fork Rd. or Jacksonville PetsMart. Please make sure you label items and be sure ask employees to make sure it goes to CAPS.

Just Who We Have Been

Carolina Animal Coverage Community is Onslow County's Humane Society. Operated totally by volunteers who dedicate their particular sparetime to helping homeless as well as in need animals for the Onslow County area. We lack a shelter all of our animals are kept in personal foster homes until they could be used. Carolina Animal cover Society does have 501 (c) 3 standing through the federal government.
